Questions…
I always get asked a lot of question regarding my design work. I was in the same position over a year ago asking other people how to do this and how to do that. There is so much what can draw inspiration and bring certain ideas to mind, one of the best ways to do this is definitely broaden your mind in the world of design……
When I first started design I was concentrating a lot on a certain type and style of design. I think this made a big impact and held me back in the sense that I could not express myself and use my skills to their full ability whilst stuck in this frame of mind.
Since I have started University I feel that I have progressed so much in all my work and I would advise anyone who is interested in becoming a graphic designer to take it to the next level and attend University!

Setup.
in September last year I had taken a big step in technology by purchasing my Mac Book Pro. I have the i5 500GB with 4GB DDR model.
Since then my workflow has been increased so much. I would advise any designer who doesn’t have this vital piece of equipment to definitely invest in one :-)

Skepta - Doin’ It Again
Music plays a big part in my life. As some of you may know, I’m a part-time DJ. Anyways, here is the Guardian’s editor Paul MacInnes’ take on the new album.
The formula is familiar by now: grime MC makes pop-focused album and sets course for the heart of the charts. As yet, though, Skepta hasn’t had the hits of peers (and proteges) such as Dizzee, Tinchy, Tinie et al. This album suggests reasons why – both bad and good. On the one hand, there is no stand-out club anthem like Tinie’s Pass Out, despite several attempts (Bad Boy coming the closest). On the other, there remain some of the unvarnished characteristics of a true grime record; stretched scansion, oafish choruses and enjoyably unlikely phrasing. “I forever hear people talking, like I don’t know about streets,” runs a line on Big. “Fake gangsters must think I spent my music money on chocolates and sweets.” With a distinctive, authentic voice and a sharp sense of humour, Doin’ It Again may not make No 1, but it ought to allow Skepta to continue palling around with P Diddy in the knowledge he’s still keeping it real.

CHERYL COLE!
The most adored and cherised woman. But Why?I’m sick of seeing Cheryl Cole on every advert, magazine, newspaper and hearing her on every radio station! How has she managed to get a top selling album when she can’t even sing?! Her face isn’t even her own, even though she is adament she hasn’t had cosmetic surgery…it’s quite clear from this picture that she has had work done!
Who voted her the nations sweetheart?! If I remember correctly, she was suspended twice for bullying and fighting, and also found guilty of assaulting a woman.
Cheryl Cole wins the most annoying person of 2010. Let’s hope this year we see a lot less of her.

My Camera.
I bought my Camera sometime last week. I figured that I wanted something that would give me something a little extra to your standard “point & shoot” digital camera, but I thought there was no point in me getting a DSLR.
I came across this little beauty… I read it’s the smallest camera with Optical Zoom on the market. 14 mega pixels, 18x Optical Zoom with a Wide angle lens & HD Video!
Not bad for £150…. but at the end of the day this quote speaks justice -
“Wow, that must take great pictures” I always say, no it doesn’t take any pictures at all, I do

As I have grown more and more fond of Graphic Design since I first opened Photoshop CS3 just over 12 months ago I have been learning and learning ever since.
Just over 6 months ago I decided that I wanted to start up my own website showcasing all my latest work. All the Web Design I have done has been self-taught through practise.
